When I put the Pac-Master 2: Trouble In Pacville CD-ROM in my CD-ROM drive it fails to load!

Try the following:

1. Connect to the internet and run "Windows Update" from Internet Explorer (Usually a link or under the "Tools" menu)

2. Install all critical updates and patches.

3. Put the Pac-Master 2: Trouble In Pacville CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive and hold down the right-shift key so that it doesn't autorun.

4. From your Start Menu choose "Run". Now type in the following:

D:\PM2MENU.EXE (D is the letter of your CD Drive)

How do I beat the final boss battle against the Pacwerewolf? He took all my shots!

There are three levers scattered around the map. When the Pacwerewolf stops to howl, he'll do it in one of three spots - figure out which lever drops a rock where, and make sure you're in the right place at the right time.

Which door goes where in the circus tent?

The furthest left door takes you to the maze. The middle door takes you to the arena. The furthest right door takes you to the dark room.

I can’t see what I’m doing in the dark room!

Try and take it slowly. You will always be able to see 3 and a bit blocks immediately around you (thanks to Pac-Master’s torch). You can use this to tell if there are creepies or power ups on the other side of the wall.

What do I do in the arena? There’s no pellets and too many creepies!

This level is unique in that you don’t need to collect a certain amount of pellets or destroy a certain amount of enemies, you just need to shoot your way through to the other side.

There’s a door in the mayor’s office I can’t get through, even once I’ve beaten the level.

You can’t get through the door yet – leave it for later. When you’re back in the mayor’s office at the end of the game and have found the universal key you’ll see what’s back there.

Where’s the universal key?

Once you beat the vampacmire boss on level 20, head back to the start of the level and see what you find.

On the final underwater level the fish creepies move too fast!

The creepies movements are timed. There are hiding spots where you can wait for them to pass you, and you can move onto the next part of the level.

There’s a door on level 16 (the 2nd compound level), but I can’t get through it before the helicopter picks me up!

This is on purpose. You can’t get through that door – the helicopter pickup is the end of the level.

My shots don't work in the arena!

This is a common issue that may have to do with the number of creepies that “spawn in”. If this happens save the level by hitting ‘G’, quit out of the game, and reload your save. This normally fixes it. You may also want to try the advice we recommend for CD issues at the top of this page.

Is there a secret ending?

Yes!

He’s Pac-Master’s arch nemesis that Pac-Master defeated in the first Pac-Master game! Or did he…?

Why is Uncle Pac so mean?
