    1. Which programme(s) you were having problems with,
    2. Your operating system (Windows 98, Windows XP, etc.),
    3. How many megabytes of RAM you have installed,
    4. And your computer's processing speed (megahertz or gigahertz).

If your email remains unanswered, please resend it. Keep in mind that using proper spelling and grammar increases the likelihood of your message being understood and responded to. Please only send us emails in English as this is the only language we speak. Additionally, we may need to inquire further to assist you effectively, so don't contact us if you're unwilling to address any additional queries. Please note that inquiries regarding Klik-n-Play itself will not receive responses. We are not Clickteam.
